Income Management Obligation Commitment
The Retainment & Commitment Funding is subject to the services rendered. This is a one-time commitment due at the signing of the contract per each new IMO Partner. It’s designed to obligate the IMO Partner to fulfill the service request and maintain the flow of business. It is supported by a refundable commitment and retainment commitment based on the type of service engaged by the IMO Partner. In addition, the IMO Partner is categorized as an Endorsement, Capital, Investment or Crypto Partner. The performance retainment & commitment differs based on the category of the IMO Partner.

The IMO Partner is required to follow some preliminary conditions that must be met prior to being accepted as follows;
1. Signing of application and documentation.
2. Compliance and approval process.
3. Submit commitment or retainment fee to Asset Control Manager via crypto or wire.
4. Contract Execution or Pay Order Delivery.
